A woman who neglected and lost custody of her kids (and apparently doesn't care) and lives her life on the internet, rages and gets into fights with people on live stream frequently and is a perpetual victim.

Since leaving off last week, Jose has been in custody, released on his own recognisance, entered the Witness Protection Program, left the Witness Protection Program, said he would not stream until after court, streamed hours later, contemplated hopping on a train and leaving the state, been put up in a hotel, and returned to his drinking spot under a bridge.
